Return and Refunds
At Madison’s Seaside Boutique, we want every order to feel effortless, thoughtful and beautifully handled. If your purchase is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets our return conditions.
Shipping Within The United States
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders that are currently in stock are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days. If an item is not immediately in stock, delivery may take approximately 6 to 12 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, processing times, weather conditions or circumstances outside of our control.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the day your order is delivered. The return package must be shipped back within this 30 day return period. Returns requested or sent after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. This means the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and suitable for resale. All original tags, labels and packaging must be included where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odours, damage, misuse or customer handling.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes underwear, lingerie, bikinis, tights, personal care products and other hygiene sensitive items. Items marked as final sale, items purchased through special promotions and items received through giveaways are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incomplete.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incomplete. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non refundable. All approved returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in the country of origin. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
How To Request A Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@madisonsseasideboutique.com with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your request. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your order is eligible. Please do not send your return before receiving instructions from our customer service team.
Trackable Return Shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Madison’s Seaside Boutique cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or undelivered return packages. After shipping your return, please email us the Track & Trace information so we can follow the return process.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at info@madisonsseasideboutique.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our customer service team will review the matter and help you find a suitable solution. Damage caused by misuse, washing, wear, external factors or customer handling cannot be processed as a defective item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after approval, although your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds visible in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability and return eligibility. If the requested item is no longer available, our customer service team will help you with an alternative solution where possible.
Return Processing Time
Returns are processed within 10 working days after arrival at our fulfilment centre. You can use your Track & Trace information to check when your return has been delivered. From that delivery date, the return processing period begins.
